Armed with a Diplomate of National Board Dr. Kaushal did his super specialization in Breast and Endocrine Surgery from Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Science, Lucknow (U.P.) India.
He is fellow of the American College of surgeons of United States of America. Dr Kaushal is committed to providing surgical expertise in diseases of the breast, thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal glands as well as in neuroendocrine tumors of the pancreas and GI tract. He not only has clinical expertise but also has research interest and had presented his work in many international and national conferences and Journals. He has travelled across the world, met experts, presented his work and received many awards.
